Great customer service. After we agreed to pricing they told me when they were going to be there and they were there at that time and date. This really counts when you have to take time to meet someone. Told me they were going to be able to install my new heating/ac units in one day. Not only did they do this but finished early. When they were done there was no clean up I had to do. It was like they were never there except for a new system that replaced a old system. Good price, great service. Would recommend anyone who is having any problems with their hvac to contact this company.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review Legacy Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling was outstanding. For the second year in a row we had a strong burning smell from our 12-year-old furnace—far beyond normal dust burn-off—and it had become intolerable, especially with kids who have asthma. A few weeks ago Jake came out, walked me through exactly what was happening, and quickly found the real issue: oversized furnace with a poorly designed return air box, causing restricted airflow and overheating. Shutting off high limit every time. I appreciated the clear explanation more than anything. He gave me a very fair same-day quote and waived the diagnostic fee and tune up by bundling it into the install. Today Jake and another crew member (also excellent) installed a new high-efficiency gas furnace, a properly built return air box, and a Honeywell 4” filter. Professional, efficient, and thorough. No more burnt up oversized furnace. The burning smell is gone and the system runs perfectly thus far. I’m glad I called them, and I’ll 100% use Legacy again. Highly recommend!

Good honest people and great service! We called them to come and check our furnace to see if it needed to be cleaned. Came out, took pictures to show us the furnace was clean inside and did not charge us for the trip! We will definitely call them again for future maintenance needs.
