Although I worked with window depot USA in Charlottesville (not Fredericksburg) I wanted to leave a review. Wes and his team came to install my door/storm door today and they were so efficient and quick! Right at 2 hours and the door is perfect! Wes went over everything at the end with me and it was seamless and quick! The office staff I also worked with were always kind and prompt in their responses and super helpful. Mike, who originally gave me the estimate was also extremely helpful/knowledgeable and responsive. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you!

I interviewed 4 companies and Window Depot was the only company that I actually counted the Windows I needed replaced correctly. Everything was done timely matter, from start to finish. They always kept in touch by email throughout the whole process. until my Windows arrived, then Rob and his associate went to work. They were kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and took their time to make sure each window was installed correctly. I highly recommend this company, from the time I called to schedule the consult, then the quote, and the time frame they said it would take to customized the windows from the manufacturer up until the time they delivered was exactly as they said it would be. The Best Customer Service I have ever had!
